Azure Monitor is a service that customers use to collect, analyze, and act on telemetry data from their Azure and on-premises environments. Azure Monitor can be used to generate alerts based on Alert rules that detect signals. ARO already supports 6 such signals at a per ARO cluster level. Additional signals are needed to indicate cluster maintenance events and other cluster events.
