Description

Idea: Develop reporting solution to track which version of each module was deployed in an environment.

Implementation plan:

Retrieve data from each of the GH modules and versions and generate a hash value (PowerShell cmdlet or API rest call)
Retrieve data from the deployed templates to Azure subscriptions and generate a hash value (PowerShell cmdlet or API rest call)
Deploy infra to put all the code into a functionApp/Automation Account and store the results data into a Storage Account
Retrieve data from the storage account and show it in a Power BI report
