ACR Tasks : Authenticate to GitHub with GitHub App #713

What is the problem you're trying to solve I would like ACR Tasks to be able to authenticate to GitHub without using a Personal Access Token (to use an authentication method tied to my organization instead of a user account).

Describe the solution you'd like We could use GitHub App instead of Personal Access Token.
