API Center Portal not found after enabling #18

Description

After following all the steps to enable the API Center Portal, when accessing the URL, the portal cannot be found and displays the message "Portal configuration not found".

Reproduction steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Creation of API Center resource ==> Ok
  2. Azure API Center Data Reader role assignment ==> Ok
  3. App Registration with redirect URI and permission ==> Ok
  4. Configure MS Entra provider for API Center portal ==> Ok

This issue is caused due to duplicate API Center names in the same region, we are currently working on a fix which we plan to rollout ASAP but in the meantime if you encounter this error please try to make another API Center instance with a unique identifier in the name.

@benelrhazi : To provide more flexibility and better control to our customers, we decommissioned the integrated managed APIC portal and instead focus on providing a reference implementation for APIC portal with one click deployment model - so customers can bring up this portal in their subscription and have more flexibility around e.g. custom domain.
