Sign out SSO URL- APIM Delegation #19

I used delegation example from this site. All are working fine. But after signing out from Azure APIM portal and delegation project, If i paste APIM SSO Url in the browser it still opens with valid credentails. how to restrict this behaviour?

Is there any way to log out developer portal , as I sign in through SSO
