Made changes to the following labs to point to the new coloursapi and coloursweb sites - Adding API Lab - Updated text. link and images Policies - Updated Cors, Caching, Transformation text, and links.

@ferantoMSFT , @simonkurtz-MSFT, Please share your feedback. We can make some more changes to the images in the Policies lab and also rate limiting part of the lab, please let me know. thank you!

I have amended the code to follow US conventions and created some new app services instances. Hopefully that’s better for all and now we should ensure the documents reflect this / remove the inconsistencies.
