Deploy to Azure Button No Longer Visible #49

Describe the bug The Deploy to Azure button to create the APIM instance is no longer visible.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://azure.github.io/apim-lab/apim-lab/1-apimCreation.
  2. Note the missing button.

Expected behavior The Deploy to Azure button should show.

Additional context The cert on azuredeploy.net expired on 1/13/22. image

We should be sourcing the button from the proper location.
