[BUG] Publisher delete the automatically created subscription while creating product #707

Describe the bug

When running the publisher, it creates the product but delete the auto created subscription. PFB logs from publisher.

Expected behavior

When new product gets created, subscription should be there in the environment.

Actual behavior

Publisher delete the subscription created automatically with the product.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Run publisher for the API having new product
  2. Check the APIM instance.Only product gets created without subscriptions.
