Hello, Team.

I have a question. As explained in announcements # 338, when a function app using the FUNCTIONS_EXTENSION_VERSION setting with the runtime version older than ~ 3.0.15960 automatically, the function app should update to the latest runtime.

I had a situation with a function app that was using FUNCTIONS_EXTENSION_VERSION with version "~ 3.0.15733, however yesterday version ~ 3.0.15733 had to be changed manually by value ~3 as it started to get glitches.

My question here is, why is version "~ 3.0.15733 'not updated to the latest version as explained in the app service announcements (soon you will find that the app is loading the latest version automatically).https://github.com/Azure/app-service-announcements/issues/338#issue-933969923
