When will Azure Functions Core Tools have the update that contains the package upgrades for Microsoft.IdentityModel.* packages?

Here is the pre-release package https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-core-tools/releases/tag/4.0.5357 Please be aware of this is not the final version till we officially release it.
