We will adapt the current PR to cover the Azure CAT CLI

### Tasks
- [x] Rename WindUp to CAT (or other name TBD)
- [x] Create new images based on the new reports
- [ ] Create a short 2/3 minutes video introducing the tool
- [x] Add a URL to the downloadable ZIP file
- [ ] Change the URLs of the documentation from WindUp to CAT once the CAT documentation is online

Script for the video:

Download the tool
You need Java 11 or Java 17 on your machine. Mention that the tool is totally offline
The tool comes with a few samples/scripts
Run the Assessment sample
View the reports
End with the URL of the documentation
