Change license of the project from MIT to EPL #117

Today this repo is under MIT license. But the original Windup Ruleset repo is under EPL. So we should use the same licence.

WindUp uses EPL 1.0 which is deprecated. The WindUp team is looking into upgrading their license to EPL 2.0. It that's the case, we should use EPL 2.0 as well.
