Certain JARs are IBM proprietary, which AppCAT does not scan for (no warnings)

@mnriem do you have a list of the JARs you saw?

I do not have an exhaustive list, but you can start by looking at com.ibm.mq.allclient.jar and com.ibm.ws.ejb.thinclient_8.0.0.jar
