A project containing the file src/main/resources/static/index.html did not trigger this rule.

Pattern: https://github.com/Azure/appcat-rulesets/blob/2267f1ff5466c940e05a30b3222a3026e30c00ca/rules/rules-reviewed/azure/azure-static-content.windup.xml#L20. Explicitly mention azure targets for this rule.

Tested with the above sample; works as expected.
