Build-module will overwrite updated example files when renaming.

Existed example file: ABC.md Comdlet renaming: ABC -> Abc After running build-module, we will get a blank example file Abc.md.

What we expected:

• For upper/lower case diff, get an example file Abc.md with original updates.
• For other complex renaming, do not delete existing files
