Updates to tidy up the awesome-azd website ahead of Build. We want to optimize the website URL structure for SEO and discoverability, as well as readability.

Updates to awesome-azd website:

[x] ensure there is an <H1> for each page Issue 373
[x] update url slugs to match page names Issue 372
