There is a flag called 'CheckCertificateRevocation' available which currently doesn't seem to be used anymore. It's unclear to me if this was an intentional change or not.
As far as I can tell this change is the underlying cause removing usage of the flag: https://github.com/Azure/azure-amqp/commit/8de0277ad5230b49eb3f2133678937ae76476e69
