Describe the bug

The test_aks_create_default_service_with_virtual_node_addon test in test_aks_commands.py failed with the following message from service: "Operation failed with status: 'Bad Request'. Details: ACI Connector requires azure network plugin"

The remaining failures are in test_osa_commands.py for openshift tests.
