Get metric alerts. last updated field #16237

I have been using the az monitor metrics alert list to get all of my metric alerts. I am noticing that LastUpdatedTime is always null. I get the same result when I use the Azure Powershell equivalent Get-AzMetricAlertRuleV2
Is this expected functionality? when I retrieve log alerts with Azure Powershell Get-AzScheduledQueryRule this field is populated.
