Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As far as I know, I cannot currently use the az command to manage Citus infrastructure.

Describe the solution you'd like An az subcommand that allows me to manage Citus instances and configuration.

Describe alternatives you've considered There don't appear to be any alternatives, other than clicking in the Azure Portal.

What's the swagger for it?
What's the RP name?
