[Bot Services] Web chat channel creation #18987

Hi,

After running across the documentation of the Azure CLI and more specifically the Bot Services part I noticed that the create and delete commands were not available for the Web Chat channels.

I am looking forward for this feature as this would allow me to automate this part of the process on my side.

Is there any development planned on that? A potential release date approximation?

FYI: I already opened a request last year about the same subject: https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/issues/13502

EDIT: Since then a colleague of mine found that we potentially should be able to create channels through the ARM template. Is there any documentation available about that? If not, is it possible anyway?

Bot Services team should look into this.
