[Eventgrid] Remove deprecated parameter `--identity` in time #21951

Deprecation needs to be removed in time, or else CLI release will break.

Describe the solution you'd like

--identity is marked as deprecated in version 2.46.0 in https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/pull/21648. Please remove the param in time to avoid CLI release failure like https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/pull/20682#discussion_r840232833

It's better to synchronize with breaking change windows - 2.37.0, 2.43.0, or 2.39.0. See https://github.com/Azure/azure-cli/issues/21952

Removing CXP Attentionlabel since this was opened for the product improvement as internal issue and not customer reported.
