Same problem here, tried to register and unregister from the command prompt and the portal but for me Microsoft.Web is on a pending state blocking me to run any terraform scripts to provision the infra I need.

Are you guys telling me, that the issue still exists? Today I am observing it too. Subscription Registering Resource Provider 'Register' operation check timed out on Resource Provider 'microsoft.cloudshell', please refresh resource providers list to check for registration status Are this temporary network issues?

OyvindSEriksen commented 5 months ago

Same problem here. Operation check timed out, Microsoft.AVS stuck in Registering state. This prevents me from deploying the infrastructure I need.
