azure-graphrbac==0.61.1 #27830

Describe the bug

Azure-Cli still need azure-graphrbac~=0.60.0 but Azure Ansible Collection need azure-graphrbac==0.61.1 So we are unable to use azure-cli at the same time as Azure Ansible Collection

It appears that there are conflicts among all the dependencies. There is nothing I can do.
