How do I create Workload Identity federation ARM Service Connections via CLI? #29086

I can create it on Azure DevOps.

But there's nothing on the az devops CLI reference that mentions allows for creation of Workload Identity federation ARM Service Connections, only regular Service Principal connections.

@yonzhan is there any update to this please? I still am unable to find a way to create Workload Identity federation ARM Service Connectionss using the "az devops" CLI
