Tasks:

Rename property COSMOS.PROTOCOL as cosmos.directModeProtocol See the change to Configs.PROTOCOL. This is a change that we've been meaning to make for some time.
Change the default protocol to Tcp. See the change to Configs.DEFAULT_PROTOCOL.
Update the Configs unit test. See the change to ConfigsTests which has been moved from the gateway package to the commons package where the Configs class is defined.
Port changes to V3

Direct TCP is now the default on v2.5.x and v3.0.x.
