We recently announced deprecation of JS v1 SDK and this repo. Starting September 2020 Microsoft will not provide support for this library. Existing applications using library will continue to work as-is. We strongly recommend upgrading to @azure/cosmos library.
Revisit and improve documentation and samples for @azure/cosmos package. this work can then be forwarded to tech writing team to build upon. The Idea is since our team is in the best position to identify best practices to use SDK we should come up with the first draft.
