The 4.0 version of Databricks tested as indicated in the README.md file:

azure-cosmosdb-spark has been regularly tested using HDInsight 3.6 (Spark 2.1), 3.7 (Spark 2.2) and Azure Databricks Runtime 3.5 (Spark 2.2.1), 4.0 (Spark 2.3.0).

is now deprecated. It would be useful to update tests and support for currently supported versions of databricks.

The wiki is also out of date, as it only reports supported versions up to spark 2.2
