Upgraded to latest version of kind
Installation of kind uses stable binaries to prevent braking changes
Removed need to set KUBECONFIG as Kind now does this automatically
Fixed issues with Makefile using ifeq that could throw errors even when reciepe not invoked
Makefile now supports multiple kind clusters and allows installation to named cluster
