Error on installing the latest version of azure databricks operator #163

Followed the steps to install azure databricks operator on new cluster as per the Readme docs

https://github.com/microsoft/azure-databricks-operator and fails after the step 4

kubectl apply -f release/config

Failed to apply default image tag "mcr.microsoft.com/k8s/azure-databricks/operator:dd3aa96f99be1d6ac06788c8e3422004efe40fff:latest": couldn't parse image reference "mcr.microsoft.com/k8s/azure-databricks/operator:dd3aa96f99be1d6ac06788c8e3422004efe40fff:latest": invalid reference format

Seems like the databricks operator manifests in release has image name with two tags and hence fails

dd3aa96f99be1d6ac06788c8e3422004efe40fff:latest
