Describe the bug Description of issue you're seeing...

It's not a bug but feature suggestion.
I love the idea of using AVM and I believe this is the appropriate direction for us.
However, to give more options to developers, can we add an option like --use-avm with the default value of true to azd init?
With this option, devs can explicitly opt-out to have the physical bicep modules instead of referencing AVM.

Additional context Add any other context about the problem here.

If this option is available, developers can take a deeper look at the modules and customise them to their organisation's situation.

Just wondering, does it make sense to direct this feedback to the AVM team? I think AVM was positioned to support these scenarios as well.
