Changelog

Add SharePoint Server Subscription and make it the default choice.
Change Windows image of VM DC to Windows Server 2022 Azure Edition.
Change disk size of VM DC to 32 GB.
Change image of VM SQL to SQL Server 2019 on Windows Server 2022.
Change disk type of all virtual machines to StandardSSD_LRS.
Update DSC module SharePointDSC from 4.8 to 5.0.
Update DSC module ComputerManagementDsc from 8.4 to 8.5.
