Profiler docs missing information about configuring Sampling Trigger #231

Trying to understand what the settings mean for the "Sampling" trigger found in the Profiler trigger settings dialog. Particularly the "Sample Rate". image

Can someone update the documentation or point me to a document that is up to date with the features in Azure Diagnostics tooling?
