Bug Report previously had generic "additional context/screenshots" to add logs.Now its more specific by adding a new section.
Add Docker Desktop Version section

Should we add a sample image of the Docker container and point to the log path in the issue template itself?

Probably better to add it in the main doc itself - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/event-hubs/overview-emulator#drill-through-available-logs.
