Update packages to preview 3 #43

Update the worker SDK packages to preview 3 in the provided sample application.

This should alleviate some confusion around people pulling down this repository, adding dependencies (EF core 5, DI packages, etc) that were broken in preview 1 and have since been fixed.

Since this PR was created the commit 38954e816f0015171e7a300ae3035b3366e3826a was pushed and seems to be very similar. Seeing this PR open creates (personal opinion) some confusion regarding if there's an even newer version than preview3 available.

I guess instead of accepting my PR they went and committed the change directly to main. Closing this out.
