Metadata generator package does not provide a license #3755

The NuGet metadata for https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Script.ExtensionsMetadataGenerator/1.0.0-beta3 is incomplete. It does not list a license.

(this was reported by an end-user)

I believe it should just point to the license file in the root of this repo (MIT)
