After v4 install, VSCode Create New Project Crashes on Version Selection #7845

After updating to .net 6 and Functions v4, VSCode extension fails to create because of a problem getting versions to select from.

Expected behavior

It should not crash when prompting for the version

Actual behavior

Known workarounds

Run the func new from the command line instead

Related information

Creating a C# project. Just updated VS 2022, .net 6 and Azure Functions SDK to the latest versions that were released yesterday.

VSCode had no updates available for extensions or anything
