@amamounelsayed Here are the release steps

Release a snapshot version of library snapshot repo: https://central.sonatype.org/
Pull library changes into java-worker into PR: https://github.com/Azure/azure-functions-java-worker/pull/323/files
Release java worker
Update functions host with the java worker
Once, host changes are rolled out then, release library changes to maven central. This is needed to ensure library changes are released after host
