Build script deploys the module to the local Core Tools install, but not to the PSModulePath #6

When you add the -Deploy flag to the build script bundled with this module, it exports the module to the Modules folder of the PowerShell 7.2 worker that is installed in the Core Tools path, but does not export it to the PSModulePath.
