azure function app, working fine in locally , but not working properly in azure portal

hi team, we were created azure funtion app , in locally everything is working properly but when we are try to access or else code+test in azure portal its getting (HTTP response code 500 Internal Server Error), when i had to check in monitor getting both pinecone and request modules not found error (ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'requests'. Please check the requirements.txt file for the missing module. For more info, please refer the troubleshooting guide), could you please help me out on this , quick replay more help to us

locally developers using the python 3.10 , but in azure pipeline build using the 3.9 version , this is for causing the issue?
