[Bug]: side-loaded trigger docs are "problematic"

Expected Behavior *

Create a new function code file with the template

Actual Behavior *

1. Create a new function code file with the template
2. Side-load a doc page about the trigger you chose

My issues with this are:

• It's somewhat confusing initially as to why I'm seeing the same code in two different pages in my screen.
• The side-loaded content I can see is mostly the same code that just got added to my project.
• I'm not sure where this content is coming from, but it will always be out of sync with official docs. If anything, we should provide a link to examples in official docs, such as the binding reference article, by language pivot.

Have created a feature request for the Az Fx ext - as there currently is no way to suppress this https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-azurefunctions/issues/4248

File system watcher isn't ideal here - this should be a VSCode option for everyone
