Can we see a min and latest test run ?
We should remove these constants if they are no longer used

Was thinking of keeping them for documentation purposes at first but I can remove them.

which are track 2 sdks
so track 1 checks can be safely removed
I am keeping in the ensure min version helper functions since we use them for hub (cosmos db endpoint) and may need to use the dps one in the future.
