Regenerate dataplane sdk + job naming changes.

Nothing else really changed.

History

* Updated Digital Twin dataplane API to use 2023-06-30. Affected commands:
  * `az dt import` is now GA. 
  * `az dt model` and `az dt twin` now use the newer API but functionality remains the same.
