[BUG] Reported Properties not in Device Twin included #641

Describe the bug

Inside Azure IoT Hub the Device Twin displays the reported properties with key=value. Inside Azure IoT Explorer those are missing which is confusing.

To Reproduce Go to Device Twin Tab View

Expected behavior The the reported properties are displayed with there key=value pairs.
