Add support for Azure IoT Device Update #222

Please add support for firmware updates via the Device Update for IoT Hub service.

Hi @srberard thanks for the suggestion. This is very high on our priority list and I hope to share more info in the near future. For now I'm going to close this as we have already prioritized this.
