Deployment hangs after mentioning username in the sign-in window #445

Environment Details: Windows 7, IE 11, Powershell 5.1, Azure powershell 4.2.1, Visual Studio 2017 community edition, BuildTools for Visual Studio 2017

Command executed from the powershell (with admin priviledges): .\build.cmd cloud release test-deployment

After package building succeeds, I get a popup asking me for azure credentials. After I enter my username.. which is a outlook account name, it tries to redirect for further sign-in... and I get a error message saying "stack overflow at line 20"
