When the ARM template deploys the core application it would be nice in Azure to have a default dashboard for the resource group it was deployed in to be able to see all the services that comprise the application. The change I made adds a generic dashboard which includes a pinned resource group part (view of the resources in the rg) and a markup part that includes instructions for customization and sharing.
