saw HPE_HEADER_OVERFLOW when get registrations for an enrollmentGroup

We use ProvisioningServiceClient.createEnrollmentGroupDeviceRegistrationStateQuery() from SDK to get registration and we don't set header on our side, but saw HPE_HEADER_OVERFLOW error.

Can someone please help?
