Data ingest failed on creating new table #4

I am following the HowtoDataIngest example and try to create a new table with some data. The program only create the new table and failed to write data (get an empty table). I was once able to run the program and create new tables with valid rows but it won't persist. Do you know what might be the cause? Thank you!

The creation of the table might table some time. I wait a little bit and are able to see the table contents.
