Support for Scala 2.13

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• From Spark 4.0 onwards, support for Scala 2.13 (see here for PR in Spark's GH). The problem arises when I force Kusto-Spark build for Scala 2.12 into my SBT project for 2.13 builds.

Describe the solution you'd like Concurrent support for Kusto-Spark for Scala 2.12 and 2.13 would be super appreciated.

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried building the project myself with some janky setup in SBT (since that's what I'm familiar with), and it's definitely not an ideal solution...

Additional context I've started porting my Scala-Spark package to be 2.13 cross-compatible. And it looks like this is the only dependency that causes my package to not build.
